Rashmika Mandanna Drops First Look Of Upcoming Telugu Thriller 'The Girlfriend'
The Girlfriend is Rashmika Mandanna's 24th film.
New Delhi: In a short span of 7 years since her debut, Rashmika Mandanna has established a special place in the hearts of millions with films like ‘Chalo’, ‘Kirik Party’, ‘Dear Comrade’, ‘Geetha Govindam’ and ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. The actress now gears up for her 24th film, which is touted to be a solo led thriller, titled, ‘The Girlfriend’.
Announcing her 24th film, Rashmika wrote in the caption, “The world is full of great love stories❤️But there are those few love stories that haven't been heard or seen before ❤️🩹And ‘The Girlfriend’ is one such. ❤️🔥#RM24”

Going by the looks, the teaser looks all things intriguing and exciting, and is sure to give one thrills. Even a single shot of Rashmika has managed to create an impact amongst fans and audiences as they are eagerly awaiting to watch her in this avatar.
In the teaser, which is accompanied by a voiceover, we see Rashmika underwater as she looks straight at the camera expressing a variety of emotions from her face.
The film has been written and directed by Rahul Ravindram, known for 'Chi La Sow'. The director is returning after a four-year hiatus with 'The Girlfriend'. The film has been produced by Vidya Koppineedi and Dheeraj Mogilineni.
'The Girlfriend' has been presented by Allu Aravind and Geetha Arts. From teh teaser, the looks of the film looks mysterious and intriguing.
The actress is currently gearing up for her next release, ‘Animal’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
She also has ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ opposite Allu Arjun and D51, opposite Dhanush in the pipeline. Apart from these, Rashmika also also solo led film, ‘Rainbow’ in the line up next.
