New Delhi: Malayalam film actor Kazan Khan passed away in Kerala after suffering a heart attack.NM Badusha, production controller and producer , confirmed the actor's death by sharing the news on his Facebook page. Kazan Khan was known for his villainous roles in films. His demise comes as a shock to everyone in the Malayalam and Tamil movie industry.
Kazan Khan is known for several Malayalam films such as 'Gandharvam', 'CID Moosa'. He shot to fame after playing Vikram Ghorpade in Mammootty's 'The King'. Kazan Khan has also worked in films like 'The King', 'Varnapakittu', 'Dreams', 'The Dawn', 'Ivan Maryadaraman', 'O Laila O' and many others.
Kazan Khan was also known for his anti-hero roles in Tamil films like 'Kalaignan', 'Sethupathu IPS', 'Duet', 'Murai Maman', 'Aanazhagan' and Karuppu Nila'.
Kazan Khan made his debut on the silver screen with the Tamil film 'Senthamizh Paattu', which was released in 1992. He made his Malayalam debut with Shaji Kailas' 'The King'.
He was last seen in the film 'Lailaa O Lailaa' in 2015.
On June 12, NM Badusha shared the news of Kazan's demise on Facebook. He shared a photo of Kazan with heartfelt condolences.
