New Delhi: Kanguva, the much-anticipated fantasy action film starring Suriya, is scheduled to premiere on Children's Day, November 14, 2024. Suriya fans are expecting a high-quality period drama as the creators are getting ready to start promoting the film. Siruthai Siva's 'Kanguva' combines elements of a historical narrative and a modern thriller, telling the tale of a tribal fighter who fought for his people in ancient times and a police officer who, in the current day, is trying to solve a mystery that has connections to those events. The premise of the film offers a captivating tale that spans many periods, along with strong action and profound emotional moments.

AI For Suriya’s Voice 

In preparation for the multilingual release of 'Kanguva', director Siva and his crew are using AI technology to recreate Suriya's voice in every language. Release In Eight Languages

With an ambitious release over an incredible 3,500 screens internationally, 'Kanguva' is set to revolutionise cinema. An expansive and varied audience will be able to enjoy the cinematic magnificence of this epic historical fantasy thanks to its eight language dubbing and subtitles: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English, French, and Spanish. 

Bobby Deol’s Villainous Role

In 'Kanguva', Bobby Deol will be playing the role of Udhiran, who is an antagonist. Fans will be captivated by Bobby Deol's return to villainous role after Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 'Animal'.

In one of the film's posters, Suriya and Bobby can be seen dressed as tribal warriors. Having said that, the trailer refrains from revealing the plot points.

Jaw-Dropping Stunt 

In the film, Suriya has done a number of daring stunts. The fight sequences are shot in various locations, including trees and boats, offering a compelling spectacle. The stunt scenes are performed under the choreography of Supreme Sundar.

No IMAX Release

'Kanguva' will not be released in IMAX, which might be a letdown for fans. The film was originally going to be released in both 3D and IMAX formats, the producer has said that an IMAX release is now not in the works. The film's producers have reportedly sent invitations to Rajinikanth and Prabhas to attend the pre-release party as special guests.

More About Kanguva 

Disha Patani and Bobby Deol are making their debut in Tamil with this film. Devi Sri Prasad is taking charge of the score for the film. Key parts are played by Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Natty Natarajan, KS Ravikumar, and Kovai Sarala in the film. The producers of ‘Kanguva’ include Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green and V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati of UV Creations. The film is scheduled to release in cinemas on November 14.
