The Thalapathy Vijay-led action thriller 'The Greatest of All Time' (GOAT) has been performing well at the box office since its theatrical release, though it experienced a slight dip in domestic collections on its first Monday and Tuesday.

The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) Box Office Collection

The film opened with Rs 44 crore on day 1, followed by Rs 25.5 crore on day 2, Rs 33.5 crore on day 3, Rs 34 crore on day 4, Rs 14.75 crore on day 5, and around Rs 10.50 crore on day 6. As of day 6, the movie's total earnings at the Indian box office stand at approximately Rs 162.25 crore.

With these figures, 'GOAT' is now eyeing the Rs 200 crore milestone in India. On Tuesday, the film recorded 33.43% overall occupancy for its Tamil screenings, while the Telugu version had a 15.22% occupancy. The Hindi version, titled 'Thalapathy Is The GOAT', logged around 10% occupancy that day, according to film trade portal Sacnilk.

A major portion of the film’s earnings comes from its Tamil screenings, as it didn’t see a wide release in Hindi-speaking regions. The Hindi version wasn’t released in major national multiplex chains like PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis due to disagreements over the theatrical release guidelines, which require an 8-week gap between a film’s theatrical and OTT releases. However, the non-Hindi versions were released in South Indian markets by these multiplexes.

Globally, 'GOAT' crossed the Rs 300 crore mark within five days, making it Thalapathy Vijay’s fourth film to achieve this feat after Leo, Bigil, and Varisu.
