Allu Arjun has confirmed that the release date for ‘Pushpa 2’ has been moved up. The much-anticipated film ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ will now release on December 5, one day earlier than the initially scheduled December 6. This shift helps the film avoid a direct clash with Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘Chhava’, following its massive success in Hindi-speaking regions.

Allu Arjun took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared a new poster on Thursday along with the updated release date. He shared the poster with the caption, “#Pushpa2TheRuleOnDec5th.”






‘Pushpa 2’, directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, has generated massive buzz even before its release.

The film’s pre-release business has surpassed Rs 1,000 crore, with reports indicating that it has raised Rs 1,085 crore through various deals. The theatrical rights alone are valued at Rs 600 crore, making it a record-breaking achievement for Indian cinema. The majority of this revenue comes from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and North India, contributing Rs 375-400 crore, while the rest of the domestic market brings in around Rs 100 crore.


‘Pushpa 2’ has made a big deal with Netflix, which bought the streaming rights for Rs 275 crore, showing the film's high demand.
