Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is having gala time in Maldives with her close relatives and beau Rohan Shrestha to attend her cousin Priyaank Sharma (son of Padmini Kolhapure) wedding festivities.
Priyaank got married to Shaza Morani last month in a court marriage and now the duo is all set to exchange the wedding vows through Hindu rituals.
The respective families flew to Maldives for the extravagant pre-wedding festivities and we even saw some videos and pictures from the Haldi ceremony rituals.
But the latest buzz is that Priyaank & Shaza’s Hindu wedding which was scheduled on March 5 at Aamby Valley or Khandala has been postponed!
According to a report published in Times Of India, the event was supposed to be an extravagant affair with 250 invitees but that's not happening for now as there has been a resurgence of COVID cases in Maharashtra and the rules have brought the otherwise permissible limit of 250 individuals to 50 again.
In view of this, the Sharmas and Moranis will have the Hindu wedding done soon but at a later date.
Bride Shaza Morani’s uncle,Mohammed Morani confirmed the same to the website adding that "We respect the law and will not put anybody to risk."
