New Delhi: Shilpa Shetty Kundra is one of Bollywood's most prominent social media stars. The actress often posts her exercise videos which are very popular among her admirers. 


As a fitness celebrity for the younger generation, the actress often posts inspiring exercise videos to her large social media following. 


Shilpa posted a video of herself working out in a vigorous Yoga session. Shilpa's athleisure outfit included a black and pink sports bra and tights, as well as a high ponytail styled to accentuate her long, gorgeous locks.


She can be seen in the video doing yoga postures including Utkatasana (one-legged chair pose) and Anjaneyasana (low lunge).



She wrote a note in the caption, "Yoga adds years to your life, and life to your years." I read this quote a while back and it is SO true! Practising Yoga early in the day sets the tone for the rest of my day... regardless of whether I have a packed schedule or a less hectic day."

When it comes to Shilpa's professional life, she is presently filming for her forthcoming film, 'Sukhee.' She is also a judge on the ninth season of ‘India's Got Talent’ along with Kirron Kher, Badshah, and Manoj Muntashir.
