At a startling price of Rs 119 crore, Ranveer Singh purchased an apartment in Mumbai's posh Bandra neighbourhood in the super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham.

New Delhi: Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, owned by Bollywood star Ranveer Singh and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani, recently finalised a real estate transaction. Ranveer Singh allegedly spent Rs 119 crore to purchase a luxurious quadruplex with a sea view in the Bandra neighbourhood of Mumbai.

At a startling price of Rs 119 crore, the actor purchased an apartment in Mumbai's posh Bandra neighbourhood in the super-premium residential tower Sagar Resham. This makes it one of the most expensive buys for a single residential unit anywhere in the nation.

According to the Economic Times, the apartment is situated between Salman Khan's house Galaxy and Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow Mannat on the same stretch of land.

The apartment, according to the report, is located on the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of the skyscraper. Carpeted space totals 11,266 sq ft, with a unique private patio of 1,300 sq ft, in this luxurious house. The purchase is worth about Rs. 1 lakh per sq. ft.

The company has also paid Rs 7.13 crore in stamp duty. The deal is said to have been completed in two distinct transactions. Additionally, Ranveer will be given access to a total of 19 parking spaces in the building.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh can be seen alongside Bear Grylls in the Netflix film ‘Ranveer vs Wild’. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Pre Kahani, Cirkus, and a few more intriguing ventures will see him next.
