Actors Govinda and Chunky Panday have been sharing amusing anecdotes about their fellow actor Shakti Kapoor. The trio recently appeared together on the latest episode of the streaming sketch comedy show The Great Indian Kapil Show, where they had a playful exchange.

A clip from the episode, shared by the show’s makers on social media Thursday, captures the lighthearted banter among the three actors. The fun kicked off with the reunion of comedian Krushna Abhishek and Govinda, who reconciled after a long-standing rift.

Hilarious bouts from the upcoming episode

In the clip, Shakti Kapoor jokingly mentioned lending Rs. 4,000 to Govinda four years ago, adding that he still hasn't gotten it back. Archana Puran Singh, a permanent guest on the show, asked Govinda if Shakti had ever borrowed money from him, to which Govinda cheekily responded, “He should give it back first.”

Govinda then recounted a humorous encounter with actress Shilpa Shetty, who had asked how he got injured, inquiring about the whereabouts of his wife Sunita. Govinda explained that Sunita had been at the temple when the injury occurred, to which Shilpa responded, "Then who hit you?"

Shakti Kapoor at his best

Later, Shakti shared a humorous remark about his 42-year-long marriage, joking that anyone he’s met over the years could claim to have had an affair with him. At this point, both Govinda and Chunky burst out laughing and pointed at Shakti in a comedic moment.

Govinda, Chunky Panday, and Shakti Kapoor were iconic stars of 1990s Bollywood, often collaborating with director David Dhawan, whose association with them led to several hit films.

In other news, Govinda was injured in September this year when he accidentally shot his foot with his licensed firearm.
