The first episode of 'The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 2' brought together Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Vasan Bala, and Vedang Raina as guests to promote their upcoming film 'Jigra'. Kapil Sharma recently shared a few unseen moments from the episode, providing fans with additional insights into their conversation.

In one of the clips, Alia Bhatt opened up about the bond between her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and their daughter, Raha. She also apoke about her experience of attending the Met Gala in a saree with a dramatic 23-foot-long train, while Karan discussed the attention his Rs 35 lakh bag has received. 


During the show, Kapil humorously referred to Karan Johar as the "Bhishma Pitamah" of the film industry, given how many people seek his guidance. When asked who Karan himself turns to for advice, he mentioned his close-knit circle of friends—Alia Bhatt, Ayan Mukerji, Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aditya Chopra. Archana Puran Singh playfully asked whom Karan consults when he's feeling heartbroken, to which Karan wittily responded, "I make a film on that."

Kapil also took a lighthearted jab at Alia, asking if Ranbir manages to take care of their daughter Raha on his own or if he frequently calls her for help. Alia assured everyone that Ranbir is a capable and involved father. She even shared a playful activity he devised to encourage Raha to eat, where they pretend to "refuel" planes they spot from their balcony. “He is very good and so sorted. He devises new games with her, and I find joy watching them,” Alia shared.

Alia Bhatt didn't go to the washroom for six hours during Met Gala


The conversation then veered towards Alia's stunning outfit at the Met Gala, where she made waves by wearing a saree with a 23-foot-long train. Alia humorously revealed that she avoided the bathroom for six hours while in the elaborate outfit. "You don’t go to the washroom wearing a dress like that. I didn’t go for six hours," she quipped. 


Karan Johar on his Rs 35 lakh bag


Kapil quickly brought up Karan's Rs 35 lakh designer bag that had made headlines. Karan, clearly amused by the attention, responded, "I don’t want to say anything on this. If I’ve carried that bag, I don’t know why people are so bothered about it. Unko kya ghanta farak padta hai (Why are they so concerned about my clothes or the bag I carry)."
