Kapil Sharma’s 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' may be facing a dip in viewership, but that hasn’t stopped the creators from rolling out fresh content. The show, currently streaming on Netflix, recently unveiled the promo for its upcoming episode featuring four popular digital creators, Raj Shamani, Kamiya Jani, Samdish, and Saurabh Dwivedi.
In the teaser clip, the guests share behind-the-scenes stories from their experiences with high-profile personalities. Among the standout moments is Raj Shamani recalling an unexpected run-in with Vijay Mallya that led to an impromptu interview for his YouTube channel.
Raj Shamani reveals how he got Vijay Mallya on camera
Kapil, impressed by Raj’s interview with the elusive businessman, asked, “Raj has interviewed a personality who even the top agencies in the country couldn’t manage to approach. How did you approach him?”
Raj shared that it all began with a casual stroll. “I was out for a walk in London. I just happened to spot him and I went up to him and asked, ‘Sir, do you know who I am?’ He said ‘no’. I asked, ‘Do you know what a podcast is?’ He said ‘no’,” Raj recalled.
Who else has appeared this season?
Currently in its third season, The Great Indian Kapil Show has hosted an array of celebrities. Big names like Salman Khan (for his upcoming film Sikandar), the Metro In Dino cast, cricketers Gautam Gambhir and Yuzvendra Chahal, and actors Jaideep Ahlawat, Vijay Varma, Pratik Gandhi, and Jitendra Kumar have made appearances on the comedy show.
