New Delhi: 'Koffee With Karan Season 8' is returning with a bang. For Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone fans, the couple is going to be present on the Koffee couch on the very first episode of this season. While several leaked clips, from the promo featuring Deepika and Ranveer, have been doing the rounds on social media, the official promo clip was shared by Karan Johar.

Karan Johar shared the announcement on his official social media handle and wrote, "They are absolutely gorgeous & absolutely at the top of their game...they are the true Bollywood royalty couple!!! I am so excited to kickstart this season of #KoffeeWithKaran with my dearest @ranveersingh & @deepikapadukone!❤️❤️.#HotstarSpecials #KoffeeWithKaran Season 8 - streams from 26th October onwards only on Disney+ Hotstar! #KWKS8OnHotstar."

Deepika and Ranveer twin in black and raise the temperatures on the Koffee set as Karan Johar calls them 'smoking hot'.

In the promo, Karan Johar also asks Ranveer if he was secretly engaged, to which he replies in affirmative. Ranveer Singh then adds that he proposed to her in 2015 and "jis se pehle koi aur aata, maine pehle chapal rakh di."

Later, when Karan asks Deepika in the infamous Rapid Fire round if she'd ever date Rocky Randhawa, Deepika responds that she's married to Rocky Randhawa, indicating how similar Rocky Randhawa is to Ranveer's real-life persona.

Rocky Randhawa is a desi, flamboyant character from West Delhi that Ranveer Singh played in Karan's most recent film 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' alongside Alia Bhatt. 

When Karan asked Deepika who she has the best chemistry with in addition to Ranveer, she responds, "With Hrithik, which everyone is going to see." Ranveer also adds he is eagerly waiting to watch that film.
