Kakuda is about Sunny (played by Saqib Saleem) is head over heels in love with Sonakshi Sinha’s Indira. The newlyweds move to the quaint village of Ratodi but soon find themselves cursed by Kakuda. Sunny, distracted, forgets to open a small door for Kakuda at 7:15 pm on their wedding night, unleashing a vengeful ghost. Kakuda punishes the men of the house by causing a hump on their back that grows until their demise on the thirteenth day. With Sunny's life at risk, Indira turns to Victor, an eccentric ghost hunter played by Riteish Deshmukh.
