If you are looking for a Bollywood comedy, 'Crew' will be the perfect entertainer.

Here are the 5 reasons you should pick Crew for a weekend watch:

Feel Good Film

If you are done with historical dramas and patriotic films, ‘Crew’ is just the right film to take a break from them. You can relish the laugh riot with your friends and family, and it won’t disappoint. The film centers on three air hostesses who are trying to keep their lives afloat amid the financial crisis, and most of us can relate to that. ‘Crew’ isn’t a try-hard comedy; in fact, it has an ideal balance of humour and charm.

The perfect blend of espionage and comedy

The comedy flick hits the right notes when it comes to hilarious scenes and gripping suspense. There is hardly any moment in the film that you will find boring, and if you still do, Kareena and Tabu can make up for it with their performances.

Refreshing storyline

A heist comedy led by three female actors is a refreshing premise rarely seen in Bollywood films. The lead actors are not boxed into a stereotypical role, and the film explores the layers of female friendship.

Stellar ensemble cast

One thing that stands out in the film was surely the impressive performances delivered by the main character as well as the supporting cast. Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Kareena Kapoor Khan are pure gold. They share a wonderful camaraderie on screen. Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh win our hearts even within the brief screen time.

Women are funny

The film shows women with flaws, but most importantly, it asserts the fact that women can be funny. While male actors often lead comedy flicks in Bollywood, ‘Crew’ proves that female actors can do it too and better.
