New Delhi: April 30, marks the death anniversary of one of the most versatile actors of Indian cinema, late Rishi Kapoor. Two years ago, the veteran actor left for his heavenly abode, as he succumbed to cancer.
While his family members continue to feel his absence every moment, on his second death anniversary, wife Neetu Kapoor shared an emotional post, describing the pain felt after losing a partner of over 45 years. Taking to her Instagram, Neetu shared a video from one of the episodes of the talent show, 'Dance Deewane', where she is seen as one of the judges. In the video, one of the contestant's mother dedicates the popular song 'Lambi Judai' in remembrance of the late actor. Neetu turns emotional and starts crying, she then goes on to say that everyday, she come across someone who has some or the other memories associated with the actor.
Sharing the video, Neetu wrote, "Today is two years since rishi ji left us … loosing a partner of 45 years was difficult n painful at that time the only way to heal my heart was to keep myself mentally occupied .. Movie n television heldped me achieve that 🙏 rishiji will always be remembered n will stay in everyone’s heart forever ❤️"
Neetu's daughter Riddhima Kapoor reacted on the post with heart emoji while the actor's 'Samdhan' Soni Razdan, wrote, "Missing him."

Alia Bhatt, also remembered her late father-in-law on his death anniversary and shared an endearing throwback picture of herself with the Kapoors, including Rishi, Neetu and her husband Ranbir Kapoor.
