The movie is an official adaptation of the 2005 novel 'The Devotion of Suspect X' by Keigo Higashino. The movie directed by Sujoy Ghosh marks the OTT debut of Kareena Kapoor Khan. Gangubai Kathiawadi

The movie is based on the story of the real-life Hiramandi red light district mafia queen Gangubai, who also happened to operate brothels and advocate for the rights of the sex workers who worked there. Hussain Zaidi and Jane Borges's Mafia Queens of Mumbai served as inspiration for the movie. Alia Bhatt plays the lead role of Gangubai, and the movie is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Haider

We all have adored Shahid Kapoor's performance in ‘Haider’, which was based on Shakespeare's Hamlet. This movie is among the greatest because of its excellent storyline and outstanding performances, which accurately portray the volatile situation in Kashmir today.

7 Khoon Maaf

Vishal Bhardwaj helmed the dark comedy-drama thriller 7 Khoon Maaf. The movie starring Priyanka Chopra is based on a short tale by Ruskin Bond, Susanna's Seven Husbands.
