Sonakshi Sinha launches ‘Rajj Rajj Ke’ from her upcoming film ‘Akira’

New Delhi: Sonakshi Sinha recently launched the promotional song (Rajj Rajj Ke) from her upcoming film ‘Akira’ which she has sung by herself. This is the first time that she has sung the song for any film. Earlier she sung a single called Ishqholics for T Series and also sang live at IIFA. After the launch of the promotional song, Sonakshi also sung and performed the song live for the college students. The event was held at a college in Bandra, Mumbai. The song sung by Sonakshi is only a promotional song and will not feature in the film. Interestingly, the film version of the same has been sung by 14 year old Naheed Afreen, who was the first runner up of Indian Idol Junior Season 2. Sonakshi Sinha was one of the judges of the Season 2 and after being impressed with her singing talent she promised Naheed that she wants her to sing in one of her future film. And guess what? Her dream came true with this song in Akira. Sonakshi said that she is happy that she kept her promise.   Sonakshi also added that she would like to sing more often in films.
