Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor starrer 'War' has created a havoc at the box-office. The film, directed by Siddharth Anand, hit the theatres on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October) and became the highest opener ever after collecting Rs. 53.35 crore on the first day. 'War' in on a record-breaking spree and crossed the 100 crore mark on the third day itself and raked in Rs. 22.45 with total collection of Rs 100.15 crore. On the fourth day, the film continued doing wonders and the box-office.

On Saturday, 'War' has collected Rs. 28.7o crore taking the film's total collection to ₹ 128.85 crore. The film minted Rs 27.60 crore in Hindi and Rs 1.1o crore in Tamil and Telugu.

Bollywood trade analyst and critic Taran Adarsh shared 'War' first day box office collection on Twitter. "#War is firing on all cylinders at the BO... Metros, mass belt, Tier-2, Tier-3 cities - #War witnesses massive growth on Day 4 [Sat]... Will put up superb numbers today [Sun] as well... Trending better than #Bharat, which also enjoyed a 5-day *extended* weekend."

On a related note, 'War' is the first film ever to be shot in the Arctic Circle. Produced by Aditya Chopra's 'Yash Raj Film', 'War' is high on its budget as it has been shot in seven countries and 15 cities across the globe.
