Mumbai: Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli conducted an interactive session on Saturday (May 29) and answered several questions related to his personal and professional life. Kohli, while responding to a fan, revealed why he and Anushka Sharma have not shared a full-fledged photo of their daughter on social media. 


When a fan asked Kohli to share a glimpse of his baby girl, the cricketer said that he and his wife have decided not to expose their child to social media.

“No, we have decided as a couple to not expose our child to social media before she has an understanding of what social media is and can make her own choice,” Kohli wrote.  




Virat loves to relax and watch TV shows with wifey Anushka when they have free time. We are not saying so. Kohli revealed the same when a fan asked him 'what he does in free time'. 




Anushka and Virat welcomed their first child on January 11, 2021. The couple has refrained from sharing many photos of their baby girl on Instagram.  The two celebs had even requested the paparazzi to maintain the privacy of their daughter after her birth.  


On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2021, Virat posted a photo of Anushka wherein she can be seen holding their daughter in her arms. He penned a long post while sharing the picture on Instagram.  



Earlier this month, Virushka, as fondly called by fans, started a fundraiser to help the needy amid the COVID-19 crisis. The Indian cricket skipper shared a post to inform the fans that they were able to surpass the target. 



Virat Kohli and other Indian cricket team members are currently observing quarantine ahead of the England tour. The Indian team will face New Zealand in the final of World Test Championship before a playing full series against England.

Talking about Anushka, the actress has been missing from the big screen since a long time. Her last film ‘Zero’ released in 2018. The movie also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.


Last year, Anushka successfully produced two big web projects- 'Pataal Lok' and 'Bulbbul'. The two OTT projects received a good response from the audience.
