'Sanju' aka Aamir stood on boxes to look Pooja aka 'Devika's height in JJWS & even a ramp was built for a chase scene due to the same reason.
It's been 24 years to 'JJWS' and Jio MAMI 2016 saw the reunion of the full cast including Aamir Khan, Pooja Bedi, Imran Khan, Deepak Tijori, Ayesha Jhulka & Mamik Singh celebrating it.

Pooja tells that during the 'gold digger' scene where she was seen slapping 'Sanju', he was actually stood on boxes to reach her height. 'Sanju' calls 'Devika' a gold digger after spotting her with 'Shekhar' and she slaps him.
