Riyaz, who took care of this farmhouse while Sushant was alive, told ABP News that the ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ used to visit the farmhouse 3-4 times a month and sometimes even 2 times a week. The manager Riyaz also revealed that Sushant loved farming and boating in the farmhouse, playing pool tennis and cricket. He further said that while his visit to ‘Hang Out Villa’, Rajput felt very relaxed and used to go to an island place near the lake with his friends.
The manager disclosed that after the end of the shooting of the film 'Chichhore' running in Pune nearby in 2019, the entire star cast of the film was invited by Sushant at this farmhouse. In addition to the other actors if the film, Shraddha Kapoor also came to visit the farmhouse. They had fun all day in the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor’s farmhouse and after having dinner, the team of ‘Chhichhore’ left for Mumbai.
The beautiful farmhouse is spread over a quarter of an acre of land and has a swimming pool, pool tennis, a library adorned with Sushant Singh Rajput's favourite books, a miniature showpiece of space, a large variety of vegetables to grow and farm, gardens, etc. The ‘MS Dhoni’ actor had also placed a framed picture of his late mother in a room in the farmhouse, while many photo frames adorned with his own photos were also kept here.
ABP News also got hold of the information that after Rajput's death, his sister Mitu, who lives in Mumbai visited the farmhouse on July 3. She kept all things that the late actor had in the farmhouse with her husband and Sushant's special friend Mahesh Krishna Shetty. The actor’s sister was also accompanied by the Police during her visit.
Shraddha Kapoor also mentioned about SSR’s farmhouse in her post on Instagram.
