Bollywood's 'Sultan' Salman Khan is one actor who is known for his tongue-in-cheek responses to questions and his unusual comments.

But recently, Salman said something which didn't go well with his fans. The actor who is busy promoting his upcoming flick 'Sultan' is facing a backlash on social media after he compared himself to a 'raped woman'.

Arijit Singh… ‘WHO IS THAT?’ asks Salman Khan while reacting on singer’s ‘Sultan’ CONTROVERSY!

In an interview, when asked as to how difficult was it shooting for his role of a wrestler in the film, Salman said, "While shooting, during those six hours, there'd be so much of lifting and thrusting on the ground involved. That was tough for me because if I was lifting, I'd have to lift the same 120-kilo guy 10 times for 10 different angles. And likewise, get thrown that many times on the ground. This act is not repeated that many times in the real fights in the ring. When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn't walk straight. I would eat and then, head right back to training. That couldn't stop."

It seems like this time, Salman's comments have been taken too seriously than he would have liked it to be.

The part where Salman says, "I used to feel like a raped woman,' hasn't gone down well with many who have taken to social media to voice their anger against the actor.

Twitter just went mad on the actor, check out some of the furious tweets below:

While Twitteratti is going red with rage over Salman's insensitive comment, we hope the actor clarifies his stance soon!
