Mumbai: Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest celebs we have in tinsel town. The Bollywood diva is a fitness freak and misses no opportunity to sweat it out in the gym. She is also an avid practitioner of Yoga. Shilpa and her two kids, Viaan and Samisha, also seem to follow her healthy lifestyle. The trio spent their Monday practicing some Yoga poses, giving us serious goals. 

Guess what? Viaan managed to perform a Yoga pose with perfection, leaving his mother elated. The nine-year-old posted a video from his fun-filled Yoga session on his official Instagram handle. He wrote, “Monday-Yoga Day. Fun time Samisha and Mumma.” 

Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages, praising Viaan’s fitness level. One user wrote, “You guys are the cutest” while another commented, “Love little Samisha.” Check out the video! 

Shilpa Shetty's Kids Bond Over Yoga

The 'Life In A Metro' actress said that she is glad and proud to see her son Viaan teaching Samisha Yoga. She wrote, "Kids are like wet clay. We must mould their approach towards a healthier lifestyle early. Inculcating the habit of enjoying a balanced diet, staying fit, and gaining control over the mind & soul is crucial. That’s exactly what I’ve tried to do with Viaan; and now, to see him take over the role and teaching his little follower, Samisha, makes me so proud."

The former 'Bigg Boss' host further said that their bond acts as a Monday motivation for her stay fit. She wrote, "Seeing them bond over Yoga is truly the kind of Monday Motivation I need to stay fit and healthy… with them and for them."

Shilpa Shetty remained in headlines after her husband Raj Kundra was arrested in an alleged porn film case. A Mumbai court recently granted bail to the businessmen, after two months of his arrest.  

Shilpa Shetty's Upcoming Projects

On the professional front, Shilpa is currently seen in Sony TV’s ‘Super Dancer Chapter 4’ as a judge. Shetty opted to take a one-month break from the dance reality show following her husband's arrest. She will soon judge a new season of ‘India’s Got Talent’. 

The ‘Dhadkan’ actress made her comeback to Hindi cinema with ‘Hungama 2’, which premiered on Disney+Hotstar in July 2021. The comedy drama also starred Paresh Rawal and Meezan Jaaferi.
