Shaitaan Trailer: Madhavan Hypnotises Ajay Devgn's Daughter To Use Her Against Him In This Supernatural Thriller

The trailer of Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, and R Madhavan starrer ‘Shaitaan’ was released today. The supernatural thriller is directed by Vikas Behl and is scheduled to release on March 8.

New Delhi: The trailer of Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, and R Madhavan starrer ‘Shaitaan’ was released today. The supernatural thriller is directed by Vikas Behl and is scheduled to release on March 8.  

The trailer takes the audience on a journey with Kabir (Ajay Devgn) and his family as their fun weekend retreat takes a nightmarish turn when they let a friendly but mysterious stranger (Madhavan) into their house. When Ajay Devgn asks Madhavan to leave their house he claims to have hypnotised their daughter, turning her into a formidable weapon against them.

Ajay Devgn on supernatural experiences
The trailer of the film was launched in Mumbai where Ajay spoke to the media and shared about his experience of supernatural occurences.  

"During the first 10-12 years of my career when we used to shoot outdoors, I did experience supernatural occurrences. What those experiences entailed, I won't get into that, but they were quite unsettling, I must say,” the actor was quoted as saying by IANS. 

The actor said that he loves the genre of horror as it is a universal genre.  

He added: "I love the genre of horror, the audience across the world connects with it, every religion in the world finds mention of black magic." 

First look of Shaitaan
Ajay had previously shared his first look from the film with the caption, "Jab baat apne parivaar par aaye, tab woh har #Shaitaan se lad jaayega."

The first song of the film titled "Khushiyan Bator Lo," was released recently. The track is crooned by Jubin Nautiyal and music is by Amit Trivedi. 

Presented by Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios, Shaitaan is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.
