Mumbai: Alia Bhatt, who is all set to make her debut as a producer with her upcoming movie ‘Darlings’, shared some pictures from her first day of the shoot. Alia, who will also feature in a lead role in this upcoming dark comedy, has jointly produced the movie with Red Chillies Entertainment. 'Darlings' will also star Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma in lead roles.
The ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actress shared some pictures from the first day of the shoot of ‘Darlings’. She revealed in her post that she is very nervous about her first time as a producer which eventually made her a ‘very nervous actor’. She wrote while sharing, “day one of DARLINGS! my first film as a producer but I will always be an actor first & forever (in this case a very nervous actor) I don’t know what it is .. a night before I start a new film I get this nervous tingling energy all over my body.. i dream all night about”.
SRK retweeted this post of the ‘RRR’ actress and expressed his desire to work in Alia Bhatt’s next production venture. The ‘Pathan’ actor tweeted, “After this production please sign me up for your next home production little one. I will come in time for the shoot and be very professional..promise!”
Meanwhile, other than ‘Darlings’, Alia Bhatt will also be seen featuring in ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘RRR’ and ‘Brahmastra’.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan will reportedly return to the big screens with Yash Raj Films’ ‘Pathan’ after the 2018 movie ‘Zero’. The movie will also feature Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead roles.
