New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan was present at the launch of Gauri Khan's coffee table book 'My Life in Design' on Monday. At the book launch, Shah Rukh spoke candidly about Gauri's career as an interior designer and her life's journey. Recently, Gauri shared previously unseen photos of the two from the occasion.

Gauri Khan posted photos of herself and Shah Rukh from a recent photoshoot on Instagram on Thursday. Sharing them with a sweet caption, Gauri wrote, “My Life in Design available now @penguinindia. Thank you for being part of my journey @iamsrk. Get the coffee-table book...”

She was wearing a black dress and silver heels, while Shah Rukh complemented her look by donning a black suit and a white shirt. In one of the photos, Shah Rukh wrapped his arm around Gauri's waist.

Gauri teased her followers with family portraits taken for her coffee book in April. Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan, the children of Shah Rukh and Gauri, joined the photo shoot. A paparazzo posted a video of the event where Shah Rukh was speaking about moving with Gauri into a director's home following their wedding on Instagram.

At the book launch, Shah Rukh Khan said that Gauri's first design endeavour was Mannat because hiring a designer was obviously out of the question.

"Contrary to the popular belief that I spend most of my time in the bathroom, I like my library the most. It’s the section of the house which is kind of my office, it doesn’t have any electronics. It’s a library, I like sitting in it. It’s been long since I’ve read the books in it, but it just feels very intellectual and smart.”
