Sandeep allegedly died of suicide on Monday, after sharing a video and 'suicide note' on Facebook. The Mumbai Police, which is investigating the death case, recorded the statements of his wife, father and mother-in-law, a report in Times Of India suggested. The 'Kesari' actor's funeral will be performed in Punjab.
Sandeep accused his wife and mother-in-law of harassing him in his Facebook video, which has been deleted from the platform. "I am irritated by the constant threats and fights with my wife. You can handle the work stress but it’s difficult to handle a woman’s stress,” Nahar said. The actor had alleged that his wife doubted him and threatened to ruin his career.
Sandeep talked about the battles he had to deal with in his professional and personal life in his note on Facebook. He also requested the concerned authorities to not say anything to his wife and instead get her treated.
In his now-deleted Facebook post, the actor also mentioned that he had to face ‘politics’ in the Hindi film industry. He hinted that he was replaced from projects even when he signed the agreement. He called the people working in the industry as 'emotion less'.
On the work front, Nahar had also worked in films like 'Shukhranu and 'Khandaani Shafakhana'. He was part of ALTBalaji's 'Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain'.
