New Delhi: Salman Khan was recently part of the Filmfare press conference where he spoke about vulgarity on OTT platforms and high film production costs among other things. Addressing the press conference, Salman Khan said that there should be censorship on OTT platforms and the content produced is not 'nice'. Now, with some regulation, things are better but earlier, there was no censorship and thus obscenity, vulgar language, and violence had increased.

"Jitna clean hoga content, utna acha hoga. ( the cleaner the content is, the better it is)" He added, "Sabkuch phone pe aa gya hai. Ab 15-16 sal ka bacha dekh sakte hai.Apko acha lagega apki choti se beti ye sab dekhe padne ke bahane.( Everything is on phone these days. A 15-16 year old kid can watch it. Would you like it if your little girl is watching such content on the excuse of studying on her phone)  I just think content should be checked on OTT. Jitna clean hoga content, utna acha hoga, utna uski viewership zyada hogi.( the more clean the content, the more it's viewership)" Salman said.

"Apne sab kuch kar lia...expose kar lia, kissing kar lia aur app apne building mein ghus rahe hai aur apka watchman apka content dekh raha hai. So, I don't think voh acha hai for security reasons, we don't need to do that. Hindustan mein rehte hai, thoda boht theek hai lekin itna zyada beech mein ho gya tha. Ab jake thoda control mein aya hai. Now, we have started doing good content." ( You have done all the exposing, lovemaking scenes and then when you are entering your building, you see your watchman watching your content. So, is it good for security reasons? We stay in India, there should not be so much also...)He added.

Salman Khan also jokingly remarked how the newer actors won't stand in front of stars like SRK, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Aamir Khan and himself. Take a look at what Salman said.

Salman Khan also spoke about getting rebate from government as film production costs are really high these days. He also added that industries are opening up in the UP, Haryana etc. and getting rebate on film productions in these spaces helping the film industry overall.

On the work front, Salman Khan will be seen in ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ co-starring Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Jagapathi Babu and Bhumika Chawla.

The film is slated to be released on Eid.
