Mumbai: Bollywood stars Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza took to social media to share heartfelt posts for their nephew Vansh Deshmukh. Vansh, who is the son of Riteish’s younger brother Dhiraj Deshmukh and wife Deepshikha Deshmukh, turned a year older on Tuesday (May 25).
Riteish shared several photos of the birthday on Instagram along with a heartwarming post. He mentioned how his kids Riaan and Rahyl adore their elder cousin. The ‘Dhamaal’ actor also said that his wife Genelia D’Souza is ‘obsessed’ with Vansh while sharing the post.
“Dearest Vansh Dada, you magical magical boy, you are the sunshine of everyone’s lives. You bring immense joy to everyone around you. You are kind, loving and caring and those are just a few of your special qualities. It’s a pleasure to see you grow- Riaan & Rahyl adore their dada - yayi @geneliad is obsessed with you... - & yaya will always love you- Have a great birthday my little buoy,” he wrote.
Genelia penned an adorable note for her nephew and called him a ‘special child’. She wrote, “Dearest Darling Vansh. You are such a special child; I don’t even think you know it. You have the ability to constantly smile and make us too. To Riaan and Rahyl, you are that amazing elder brother and partner in crime. To your Yaya you that gorgeous little boy, that he adores and to me you are my little compassionate Angel, who loves animals and enlightened me to take a path, I never ever thought I would, someday when you are older, I’m going to tell you how inspiring you are. I Love you Vansh Always and Forever.”
On the professional front, Riteish was last seen in ‘Baaghi 3’. The action drama co-starring Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor and Ankita Lokhande hit the silver screens in March 2020.
