"She (Ghosh) said it innocently. She is a big follower of the plaintiff (Chadha) and respects her. She is ready to withdraw the statement and tender apology," Satpute was quoted as saying before the court by PTI. The court directed Payal Ghosh to work on her settlement with Richa Chadha by Monday.
The bench of Justice AK Menon also granted a temporary injunction restraining news channels and other portals from sharing the derogatory comment against Richa Chadha till October 12.
Meanwhile, Payal Ghosh has denied the reports that she is willing to apologise to Richa Chadha. The 'Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi' actress said that she didn't give any wrong statement about anyone and only said what Anurag Kashyap allegedly told her.
She tweeted, "I am not apologizing to anyone. I have not wronged nor have I given a wrong statement about anyone. I just said what @anuragkashyap72 told me. #SorryNotSorry."
Earlier in the day, Ghosh took to Twitter to say that her fight is against Kashyap and she doesn't want any kind of harassment to her or Richa in the matter.
"I hv nothing to do wd Ms Chadda.We as women hv got 2stand wd each other,shoulder to shoulder.I don't want any unintentional harrasment to her or me on this matter. My fight 4justice is against only Mr. Kashyap &I want 2focus solely on dt ryt now.Lets make d world c his true face," she wrote on the micro-blogging site.

Richa Chadha had issued a statement on social media after her name was dragged into the controversy. The 'Fukrey' actress had sent a legal notice to Ghosh after she made serious allegations against Anurag Kashyap and took her name.
