New Delhi: The death case of Sushant Singh Rajput is currently being investigated by three Central agencies – CBI, ED and NCB. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been probing the ‘drug angle’ in the case and has arrested Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant and a number of drug peddlers till now. The agency is also interrogating the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and after 2 days of questioning, the actress has been called in for the third time.

Rhea Chakraborty arrived at the NCB office earlier today in a black t-shirt which says ‘Roses are red, violets are blue, Let’s smash patriarchy, Me and you’.


The ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ actress can be seen comfortably moving towards the office accompanied by female police officers as there were barricades to keep the media at a distance.


Rhea also lodged an FIR yesterday against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh and Dr. Tarun Kumar for having sent a bogus Medical Prescription depicting SSR as an OPD person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020.

The actress added in her complaint that the drugs which were prescribed – Librium, Nexito and Lonazep are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited List. It prohibits prescribing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act and is misconduct under 3.7.1.4 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines.


The ’Jalebi’ actress’ lawyer said in a statement, “Rhea Chakraborty has set the Criminal Law in motion by filing her complaint with Bandra Pstn. The Cocktail of Illegally Administered Medicines and Drugs may have lead to SSRs suicide on 14th June 2020. His sisters need to be answerable to the investigators and God.”

Not only this, she also claimed that SSR got addicted to drugs while he was shooting for Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sara Ali Khan.
