Randeep Hooda operated for inflamed appendix; Actor will be back at work by next week!

Randeep Hooda who on Sunday was rushed to a Delhi hospital following severe pain is well on the way to recovery now. The actor was detected with a swelling in his appendix. According to a report published in TOI, the operation has gone well and the actor will be back at work by next week. OMG! Randeep Hooda rushed to HOSPITAL after he collapsed on sets of ‘Sultan’ At 2 pm on Monday, Randeep Hooda underwent an appendici tis operation. As he was being wheeled into the operation theatre, the 38-year-old actor asked his sister, Dr Anjali Hooda Sangwan, if it was absolutely essential for him to undergo the surgery. She told him firmly that it was because the appendix was inflamed and if not attended to immediately, was in danger of rupturing inside. The TOI report further adds that: When Randeep gained consciousness his first words were, "Wow, I feel so rested!" rested!" The actor was filming his wres tling drama on Sunday when he was felled by an acute pain. His sister was not on the set but his brother-in-law, Sandeep Sanghwan, was, and Anjali jokes that living with a doctor he has become a compounder himself. Wow!
