New Delhi: 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' by Ayan Mukerji continues to have a cult appeal. The cast and crew of the 2013 movie celebrated with a star-studded party in Mumbai on Wednesday, marking the completion of 10 years since the movie's premiere. Team 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' gathered for an intimate party, including the actors Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapoor, and Kalki Koechlin as well as the movie's producer Karan Johar and costume designer Manish Malhotra.
The romantic comedy, which also starred Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapur, explored the story of four friends as they experience the numerous adventures life has in store for them.
Ayan Mukerji, the director of 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani', sahred a number of inside pictures from the film's celebration on Instagram on Thursday. He captioned the photographs, adding, "Last night (red heart emoji)." In two of the pictures Ayan shared, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor, who were both wearing all-black outfits, stood with co-stars Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapoor. They all grinned while remaining close to one another in a group selfie. Aditya sported a maroon shirt, and Kalki was dressed in a black-and-white printed outfit.
Along with Ranbir, Deepika, Aditya, and Kalki, the director also posted a group shot with Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, and the movie's composer, Pritam Chakraborty. The picture also had Aditya's brothers, producer Siddharth Roy Kapur and actor Kunaal Roy Kapur, who also starred in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Some posed for the joyful photo while sitting on a sofa, while others were seen seated on the floor. In the photo, Deepika could be seen next to Karan and Pritam, while Ranbir had his arm around Kalki.

Earlier on Wednesday, Ayan Mukerji shared a long note on Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani completing 10 years of its release. Sharing a video montage where he talked about the film, Ayan wrote, "YJHD - My second child, a piece of my heart and soul - 10 years old today! I think after all these years, I can confidently say that... Making this movie was one of the greatest joys of my life! And what we achieved with it - with all its perfections and imperfections - is a source of great eternal pride for me."
