Pooja Bedi's daughter Alaia F to debut with Saif Ali Khan in 'Jawaani Jaaneman'; Playing his daughter on-screen!

After Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday here's another star daughter who's entering the films and she is "Beyonnnnnd excited" to make her debut with Saif Ali Khan. Saif is returning to production four years after 2014 'Happy Ending' in which he was also playing lead opposite Ileana D'cruz. Saif is returning to production with Jay Shewakramani and the two are introducing another star kid Aalia Furniturewalla(earlier Ebrahim) who's the daughter of 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander' fame Pooja Bedi who's already an internet sensation, all thanks to her hot pictures she constantly posts on her Instagram account. Born to Pooja Bedi and her ex husband Farhan Furniturewalla, soon-to-turn 21 Aalia will be playing the daughter of Saif Ali Khan in her debut Bollywood film.

Directed by Nitin Kakkar, 'Jawaani Jaaneman' is a coming-of-age story of a 40 yr old man and revolves around his relationship with his daughter - reports Mumbai Mirror. A leading daily also reports that Saif will be playing an "accidental dad" in the film. "Saif will be seen as a man in his late 40s, who refuses to grow up. He believes in living life to the fullest, but soon realises that he has a teenage daughter. In other words, he is an unmarried, accidental dad in the rom-com," a source revealed to the publication. "Saif is comfortable with his age and playing a father to a teenager on screen. Moreover, this role is different from his real-life persona, so he felt it would be interesting to take it up" -source added. There were rumors earlier that Saif's real life daughter Sara Ali Khan would be playing his reel daughter too but he had refuted the rumors. Finally the name is out and Taran Adarsh jsut announced it on Twitter saying - "Saif Ali Khan and Jay Shewakramani to introduce #AlaiaF in their first collaboration #JawaaniJaaneman... Directed by Nitin Kakkar... Starts 2019."

About choosing Alaia(she now spells her name like this on Instagram), Saif told Mumbai Mirror - "She has all the qualities we were looking for in a young lead, the charm and energy to take the film to the level that it needs. We are lucky to have found our perfect cast and i'm looking forward to work with Alaia."

Jay who has worked with Saif as a creative producer on 'Race' and 'Race 2', opened up further saying they zeroed in on Alaia after screen-testing 50 aspirants. They got to know that Alaia wants to act and approached her mother Pooja. Alaia also shared this news with excitement and wrote on Instagram - "Beyonnnnnd excited to finally be able to share the news of my first film!💃🏻 honoured, grateful and overjoyed to be a part of #JawaaniJaaneman with #SaifAliKhan ! "
