‘OMG 2’ Poster Out: Akshay Kumar Visits Ujjain With Pankaj Tripathi To Seek Blessings of Mahakaal
Akshay Kumar has now revealed the poster of another upcoming film ‘Oh My God 2’ where he will be portraying the role of Lord Shiva.
New Delhi: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is on a roll these days. The actor announced yesterday that he has wrapped up the Ooty schedule for his upcoming film ‘Ram Setu’ and shared an unseen picture on social media with Jacqueline Fernandez.
The ‘Sooryavanshi’ actor has now revealed the poster of another upcoming film ‘Oh My God 2’ where he will be portraying the role of Lord Shiva. Akshay has started filming for the movie as he dropped the poster of his upcoming movie on social media.
Akshay Kumar tweeted while sharing the poster, “‘कर्ता करे न कर सके शिव करे सो होय ..’ Need your blessings and wishes for #OMG2, our honest and humble attempt to reflect on an important social issue. May the eternal energy of Adiyogi bless us through this journey. हर हर महादेव”.
The ‘Bachchan Pandey’ actor also shared a video on his social media where he can be seen visiting Ujjain with his co-star from the movie Pankaj Tripathi. Akshay looks unrecognisable in his dreadlock hairstyle. Take a look at the video here:
‘Oh My God 2’ features Akshay Kumar playing the role of Lord Shiva. It will also star Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam playing the lead roles. This satirical comedy drama is the sequel to the 2012 film ‘OMG – Oh My God!’ which featured Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal illustrating the lead roles. The movie portrayed the story of a man who sued God. Mithun Chakraborty, Om Puri, Govind Namdeo, Poonam Jhawer, Puja Gupta and Mahesh Manjrekar were seen playing pivotal roles in ‘OMG – Oh My God!’.
Other than ‘OMG 2’, Akshay Kumar will also be seen featuring in ‘Sooryavanshi’, ‘Atrangi Re’, ‘Ram Setu’, ‘Bachchan Pandey’, ‘Prithviraj’, ‘Mission Cinderella’ and ‘Raksha Bandhan’.
