'October' TRAILER OUT! Varun Dhawan & Banita Sandhu's "beyond a love story" will leave you with a heavy heart!
"It's not a movie about hugs, kisses and dates...", Varun had said ahead of movie's trailer launch that features him in the lead role along with newbie Banita Sandhu. And finally the makers release the film's trailer and we see what he exactly meant by that.
Fans are already going crazy with Varun's fantastic acting in the trailer and still confused about the story of the film that shows a boy working at a hospital as a cleaner and concerned about a girl in the ICU who doesn't recognize anyone.
Trailer begins with Varun's voice yelling at everyone why they didn't inform him that 'She' asked for him saying "Where is Dan?". Then we see him spending time at the hospital leaving everyone around concerned for his 'dedication'.
The new entry in Bollywood, actress Banita looks promising too as 'Shiuli' who's at one point seen spending time with 'Dan' and her friend as they work at a hotel as trainees while he's frustrated to work as a cleaner and on the other, she's seen in a semi-conscious state in a frame where Varun carries her in his arms at hospital.
Did 'Shiuli' meet with an accident that landed her in hospital ICU and 'Dan' takes to being her caretaker?
What we understand is that it is the unique love story between a bedridden patient 'Shiuli' and her seemingly college mate friend 'Dan' played by Varun Dhawan.
What is the fate of Dan's love is still unknown but the trailer is very heart touching.
Fans are convinced with just the glimpse of the film that this is 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' actor's best till date.
Varun Dhawan in his tweet had already told his fans that the film is not a conventional romantic tale. He had tweeted - "October is not a movie about love at first sight. It's not a movie about hugs, kisses and dates..."
A Rising Sun Films' production and director by Shoojit Sircar, 'October' is written by Juhi Chaturvedi, who also wrote 'Vicky Donor' and 'Piku' for him.
The movie, majorly shot in Delhi and Manali, will hit the theatres on April 13.
Varun shared the trailer a while ago with a message - "The wait ends ! Here’s a glimpse of the journey of Dan, Shiuli & their story of love. Watch the #OctoberTrailer now
