Nani, Mrunal Thakur To Headline Dasara Star's 30th Film; 'Nani 30' To Release During Christmas 2023 Holidays

'Nani 30' has been written and directed by debutant director Shouryuv. The film is bound for a Christmas 2023 long holiday release.

New Delhi: Nani and Mrunal Thakur will be seen together in Nani's 30th film. Tentatively titled 'Nani 30', the news comes as a big surprise for fans and perhaps a gift for them this weekend. Nani's last film 'Dasara' was a blockbuster which was appreciated by critics and audiences alike. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh made the announcement on his official Twitter handle along with the first look of the film.

Taran Adarsh wrote, "NANI - MRUNAL THAKUR: NANI30 ON CHRISTMAS 2023… 21 Dec 2023 [#Christmas2023] is the release date of #Nani and #MrunalThakur starrer#Nani30 [not titled yet]… Debutant #Shouryuv directs the #Telugu film. #Nani30onDec21."

Telugu star Nani alsi shared the first look and announcement on his official Instagram handle and wrote, "2023 had to end with a celebration 💙 DECEMBER 21st :)#Nani30."

In the poster, which he shared, we see him in an embrace with a young girl. 

'Nani 30' has been written and directed by debutant director Shouryuv. The film is bound for a Christmas 2023 long holiday release. 

As per filmibeat, the film's music will be composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab while the cinematography will be done by Sanu John Varughese ISC.’Nani 30’ will be edited by Praveen Anthony. 

The film is being produced by Mohan Cherukuri(CVM), Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala and Murthy K S under Vyra Entertainments banner.

Meanwhile, Nani’s last release ‘Dasara’ is a Telugu period-action film also directed by debutant  Srikanth Odela, is a multistarrer. Co-starring Keerthy Suresh as the female lead, the film was set against the backdrop of Singareni coal mines near Godavarikhani of Telangana.

'Dasara' released on March 30 and collected Rs 100 crores within a week since release. It also became Nani's first film to enter the coveted Rs. 100 crores club.
