Why FIR Was Registered Against Kangana Ranaut?

The Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate court had directed Mumbai Police to take necessary action against the sisters duo under relevant provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, a report in PTI said. Casting director and fitness trainer Munnawarali Sayyed had filed a complaint before the court in which he accused Kangana of ‘trying to spread hatred and communal tension’.

Sayyed alleged that the 'Queen' actress has been trying to defame the Hindi film industry since the past two months. He also mentioned Kangana's tweet in which she compared Mumbai with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Her tweet stirred controversy and led to a nasty public spat with the Shiv Sena. In his complaint, Sayyed also accused Rangoli Chandel of making 'objectionable comments' on social media. For the uninitiated, Rangoli's Twitter handle was suspended in April 2020 for violating rules.

While Kangana has been asked to appear for investigation on Monday (October 26), Rangoli has been called on Tuesday (October 27), according to ABP News' correspondent Ganesh Thakur.

"Who all are fasting on Navratris? Pictures clicked from today's celebrations as I am also fasting, meanwhile another FIR filed against me, Pappu sena in Maharashtra seems to be obsessing over me, don't miss me so much I will be there soon," Ranaut wrote on the micro-blogging site.
