It made Rs 4.6 crore on the second day and Rs 5.5 crore on the third. The film earned Rs 2.15 crore on its first Monday, despite a decline in ticket sales. Now, adding day 7's earnings, the movie has made Rs 24.45 crore.

‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’ marks the second collaboration between Janhvi and Rajkummar. The actors were previously seen in the horror comedy ‘Roohi’. The sports drama centres on Mahendra (Rajkummar Rao), who dreams of being a part of his country’s cricket team. After he marries Mahina (Janhvi Kapoor), he notices her talent for the sport. Eventually, he decides to coach Mahima.
