Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain's upcoming film 'Loveratri' which is produced by the former's brother-in-law Salman Khan got into controversy after a PIL was filed against the superstar saying the title of the film is hurtng the sentiments of the Hindus. Bihar's Muzaffarpur Civil Court had also ordered an FIR to be lodged against actor Salman Khan, claiming that his upcoming romantic movie 'Loveratri', which is set to be released around Navaratri, will hurt the sentiments of the Hindus. Salman has just a few minutes ago announced with a new poster of the film carrying the changed title which is now 'Loveyatri'. Salman wrote in his tweet - "This is not a spelling mistake... ... ".

Speaking to the media, advocate Sudhir Ojha, who had filed a PIL against the film last week, had said that he argued in court that the movie was being released around Navaratri/Durga Puja to "hurt the sentiments of the Hindus".

"Court took the matter seriously, and gave an order for an FIR to be filed," he said.

Ojha had further said that the court ordered it against Salman Khan, Aayush Sharma, Warina Hussain, and seven others, under section 156 (Police officer' s power to investigate cognizable case) of the Code Of Criminal Procedure (CRPC), and sections 120 B (Punishment of criminal conspiracy), 153 A (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony), 153 (Wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot-if rioting be committed-if not committed), 295A (Deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) and , 298 (Uttering, words, etc., with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Ojha had also said that an arrest may take place after the FIR is lodged.

Salman on the other hand had earlier reacted to the objection saying - "We are making the film with Navaratri in the backdrop. We have made this beautiful film celebrating the music, colour, love and the fun of festive season. We don't need any publicity like that. Once the film is released those people will know there is nothing".

The 52-year-old actor had said he is sure the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) will pass the film with a 'U' certificate.
"The censor board is the right body to decide. I am sure it will get an 'U' certificate. And if the censor board has given the certificate than I don't think anybody has the right to say anything."

Directed by Abhiraj Minawala, 'Loveyatri'(earlier 'Loveratri') is scheduled to release on 4th October next month.
