'Kizie Aur Manny': Sushant Singh Rajput, Sanjana Sanghi commence shooting for the film

New Delhi: After creating waves among fans with the first poster of The Fault in Our Stars Hindi remake, the makers have now released a casual picture of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi. The film which is titled Kizie Aur Manny, marks the directorial debut of Mukesh Chabra, a renowned casting director. Chabra took to Instagram to share a picture with the two lead actors of his much-awaited film. "These two crazy ones! With my @sanjanasanghi96 aka Kizie and @sushantsinghrajput aka Manny at the sets of #KizieAurManny,’’ his caption read. The shoot of the flick has commenced in Jamshedpur on Friday and it is expected to hit the cinema theatres sometime next year. Music maestro AR Rahman has been roped in to compose the music for the film.

The first poster of the film had created anticipation among the movie buffs. Sushant sported a Rajinikanth mask in the poster, sending the fans into a tizzy who are now busy decoding the ‘Thalaivya’ connection with the film.

The Fault in our Stars received accolades for his beautiful portrayal of the love story between Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus "Gus" Waters. The film traced the life of a young Hazel (played by Shailene Woodley) who suffered from cancer and how she fell in love with Augustus (played by Ansel Elgort) whom she met at a support group. John Green, the author of the international bestseller on which the film is based', has also expressed his desire to watch the official Hindi remake. Watch this space for more updates!
