New Delhi: The wait is finally over! The makers of Yash starrer 'KGF: Chapter 2' have unveiled the teaser of the film, a few hours before the official launch. The teaser of 'KGF 2' was leaked on social media before the scheduled launch. The video was originally slated to release on lead star Yash's 35th birthday (January 8) at 10:16am; however, the producers had to share the teaser to contain the damage due to video's leak.

'KGF 2' Teaser

The teaser of the much-awaited film gave us a sneak peak of what we can expect in the sequel. The video started with the promise which Rocky bhai made to his dying mother. Going by the clip, it is evident that director Prasanth Neel has taken up things a notch higher. The jaw-dropping sequences and Yash's swag are the main highlights of the teaser.

While we will have seen Rocky conquer the gold mines of Kolar in the first part, he will have to deal with Adheera in the second chapter. The movie buffs are quite excited about the face-off between Rocky and Adheera. We also saw a glimpse of Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.

The film trended on Twitter after the producers dropped the teaser before the official launch. Sai Dharma Tej wished Yash and entire team on the micro-blogging site. 'KGF: Chapter 2' Teaser Gets Over 1 Million Likes In Few Hours

The teaser of the film managed to gain over 1 million likes on YouTube within four hours of release. Fans have flooded the comments section on the platform with their messages.

The makers of the highly anticipated flick recently completed the shoot. The period action drama will mark the debut of Sanjay Dutt in South cinema. The 'Kalank' star had shared his first look from the film on his 61st birthday last year.

'KGF' had set the box office on fire when it hit the silver screens in 2018. Trade pundits are expecting the second chapter to set the cash registers jingling. The makers are expected to announce the release date after completing the post-production work which involves heavy VFX effects.
