Mumbai: Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan is all set to entertain the audience with a new action thriller titled ‘Dhamaka’. The film has been making waves ever since the makers announced the project. After ruling millions of hearts with his romantic movies, Kartik is now experimenting with the action genre.
Kartik Reveals ‘Dhamaka’ Trailer’s Release Date
The ‘Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety’ actor took to social media to announce the release date of the trailer of ‘Dhamaka’. He revealed that the makers of the highly anticipated flick will unveil the trailer on Tuesday (October 19).
Kartik also shared a new poster of ‘Dhamaka’ while making the announcement. He wrote, "Kal hoga #Dhamaka Trailer out tomorrow." Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages.
'Dhamaka' Story, Cast
The film, which has been directed Ram Madhvani, is based on South Korean movie 'The Terror Live'. Kartik will be seen essaying the role of a journalist named Arjun Pathak. Mrunal Thakur, Amruta Subhash and Vishwajeet Pradhan are also playing prominent roles. Details about Arjun Pathak's character has been kept under wraps. The journalist is said to have interviewed a terrorist, who blew up a bridge.
'Dhamaka' has been produced by Ram Madhvani Films, RSVP Movies, Lotte Cultureworks, Lionsgate Films and Global Gate Entertainment. It will premiere directly on Netflix next month. The flick is expected to release around Kartik Aaryan's birthday.
Kartik Aaryan's Upcoming Films
Kartik is on a roll these days as he is working on back-to-back projects. He has several exciting films in his kitty including 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2', 'Shehzada', 'Captain India', 'Freddy', to name a few. The 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' actor will share screen-space with Kriti Sanon in 'Shehzada'. The two tinsel town stars earlier worked in 'Luka Chuppi', which performed well at the box office.
