‘Quadfather’: Kareena Kapoor & Saif All Set To Become Parents Again; Soha Ali Khan Shares Quirky Wish For Couple

New Delhi: Bollywood couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are all set to welcome their second child. The ‘Kurbaan’ co-stars issued a statement to announce the arrival of a new family member. They also thanked the well-wishers for their love and support. Saif and Kareena, who tied the knot in 2012, are quite excited to welcome another little bundle of joy into their lives. Saifeena, as fondly called by fans, are parents to three-and-half-year old Taimiur Ali Khan. Taimur is considered as internet’s favourite child and paparazzi favourite as his pictures go viral on social media in no time. “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family !!Thank you to all our well wishers for all their love and support. Saif and Kareena,” the statement read. Saif’s sister Soha Ali Khan took to her Instagram handle to share a sassy congratulatory message for her brother and sister-in-law. She shared a picture of Saif and called him the ‘Quadfather’ as he is all set to become a father for the fourth time. The ‘Tanhaji’ actor has Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan from his first marriage with Amrita Singh. "Coming soon!! Couldn't resist! Congratulations @kareenakapoorkhan be safe and healthy - and radiant as ever!" Soha wrote while sharing the picture. She tagged Kareena in the post. Check it out!

Soha and Saif celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan 2020 with full fervour. She shared photos from the celebrations along with the caption, "t’s not the visible thread but the invisible bonds that tie siblings together - a shared childhood, experiences only they have had that have made them who they are. It is a bond unlike any other and one that should be nurtured and celebrated. #happyrakshabandhan."

Soha and Kunal Kemmu's daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu and Saif-Kareena's son Taimur also celebrated the festival at their place in Mumbai. The cute pictures made the fans go aww.

On the professional front, Kareena will be next seen in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The film co-starring Aamir Khan is the Hindi adaptation of ‘Forrest Grump’. It was slated to hit the silver screens in December 2020. However, the makers have decided to postpone the film’s release date to Christmas 2021 due to the COVID-19 crisis.
