Kanjoos Makhichoos Trailer: Miser Kunal Kemmu Faces Corrupt System, Raju Srivastav Makes Final Appearance
Kunal Kemmu returns as a blatant miser in 'Kanjoos Makhichoos'.
New Delhi: The trailer of Kunal Kemmu starrer 'Kanjoos Makhichoos' has been released. In the 2020 movie Lootcase, the same actor who played a lower-middle-class man returns as a blatant miser with a number of schemes to eke out every last dime.
The trailer shows how his family has grown tired of his frugal ways but subsequently discovers that he was putting money aside to take his parents on a pilgrimage. Jamnaprasad never wastes even a single penny, allotting one pail for bathing each individual and using one agarbatti for the duration of the month. But, Kunal loses his temper as the middlemen take off a percentage of the payout after the government declares compensation for his family and his parents go missing.

Piyush Mishra, Alka Amin, and Shweta Tripathi also star in the movie in major roles. The film is written and directed by Vipul Mehta.
Talking about his new film, actor Kunal Kemmu said, “Kanjoos Makhichoos is the kind of film that I would love to watch with my family because it is a complete mass entertainer. It has the perfect dose of drama, comedy, plot twists, a sweet message and a whole lot of entertainment. Also, I had a great time shooting with my co-actors and the entire crew because the energy on-set was great. I am sure that my fans and their families will enjoy this film”.
Late comedian Raju Srivastav makes his final appearance in the film and fans got emotional after seeing Kunal Kemmu and Shweta Tripathi's trailer.
The comedy drama film 'Kanjoos Makhichoos' will be out on Zee5 on March 24.
