Kalki 2898 AD Box Office Collection Day 11: This sci-fi film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, directed by Nag Ashwin, was globally released on June 27 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English. The film starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Hassan is set in a post-apocalyptic time that enchantingly merges science-fiction with Indian mythology. The public's responses were absolutely remarkable, and it was hailed as the pinnacle of Telugu film. 


‘Kalki 2898’ has been minting a good amount of money since the day it was released. A Sacnilk report states that on day 11, the film directed by Nag Ashwin grossed Rs 44.35 crore across all languages. 


Bollywood trade expert Taran Adarsh shared the Hindi version of Kalki 2898 AD's week 2 box office results. He wrote, "Collects close to ₹ 50 cr in *Weekend 2*, an enviable score without doubt… The [second] Sat - Sun numbers are terrific across the board: metros and mass pockets, multiplexes and single screens."






On July 7, the film had an overall 65.90 per cent Telugu occupancy for 2D shows and 68.14 per cent occupancy for 3D shows. 48.01 per cent Hindi occupancy for 2D shows and 54.53 per cent for 3D shows were also observed on the same day.

The sequel's pre-production will shortly get underway, and next year filming will commence. In the summer of 2026, audiences may anticipate the release of Kalki 2898 AD’s sequel. Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan will all be returning, with Kamal Haasan taking on the role of the main villain. The much-anticipated sequel will be funded by Vyjayanthi Movies.
