Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kajol, known for her acting prowess, will turn a year older on Thursday (August 5). Ahead of her 47th birthday, Kajol’s sister Tanisha Mukerji took the ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ actress and their mother Tanuja on a lunch date. The trio had a blast as they enjoyed lip-smacking food at a popular eatery in Mumbai.
Kajol took to social media to share a pre-birthday selfie from her lunch date and thank her sister for the ‘wonderful’ and ‘happy’ pre-birthday celebration. “Trying to fit all three expressions in one frame is im possible!!! Thank u Tichi for this wonderful happy pre celebration! Love u both to bits,” she wrote.

Tanishaa dropped a cute comment on the post. She wrote, “Yess, I look so satisfied with lunch. I am ready to pass out. Yum!” The former 'Bigg Boss' contestant also gave a glimpse of their lunch date on Instagram.
"Happy birthday week my darling sis! Here's to our pre birthday celebrations ! Love u too much Kajol," Tanishaa wrote while sharing the video.
Kajol posted another photo from the fun-filled celebrations on her Instagram handle. "The three Musketeers …. Always together.. us vs them!," she captioned her post.
The 'Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham' actress donned a printed outfit, which she teamed with sunglasses. Her mom and veteran actress Tanuja sported a green kurta while Tanisha was seen in a blue dress.
Kajol was snapped outside a salon with her daughter Nysa Devgan on Wednesday evening. The star kid stepped out in a white top and brown pant for her salon session.
On the professional front, Kajol was last seen in ‘Tribhanga’, which released on Netflix. The film marked her debut in the OTT space. The 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior' actress is yet to announce her next project.
