New Delhi: Vasan Bala's much-anticipated action thriller, ‘Jigra’, had its theatrical debut today (October 11).In this film, Alia Bhatt plays the role of a resolute young woman whose aim it is to save her brother, Vedang Raina. Production credits for ‘Jigra’ go to Karan Johar’s  Dharma Productions and Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt’s Eternal Sunshine Productions. ‘Jigra’ was filmed in Mumbai and Singapore between October 2023 and February 2024. The script for the film was co-written by Bala and Debashish Irengbam.
