New Delhi: As Akshay Kumar announced his upcoming film 'Sky Force' on India's 'deadliest airstrike' with a video clip, it also came to be known that Veer Pahariya will be making his Bollywood debut with the film. Akshay Kumar made the announcement on his official Instagram handle which was soon followed by fire emojis from his rumoured girlfriend Janhvi Kapoor. Janhvi's sister also commented on Akshay Kumar's post tagging Veer Pahariya with clapping emojis.
On Gandhi Jayanti 2023, Akshay Kumar took to his Instagram handle to announce the new film with a caption, "आज गांधी-शास्त्री जयंती के दिन सारा देश कह रहा है - जय जवान, जय किसान, जय विज्ञान, जय अनुसंधान. No better day than today to announce the incredible story of #SkyForce: Our untold story of India’s first and deadliest airstrike.Give it love, please. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced that Veer Pahariya will play a pivotal role in 'Sky Force' besides also giving out details about 'Sky Force'. He wrote, "#SkyForce is an untold true story that captures the bravery, emotion, patriotism of all those men in uniform involved in #India’s first and deadliest airstrike against #Pakistan."
Soon after Akshay shared the post, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor were the first ones to comment.
For those unaware, Janhvi Kapoor is reportedly dating Veer Pahariya's brother Shikhar Pahariya. The two have been spotted together at various dinner outings including some celeb events like Ambani and Karan Johar's Diwali parties last year.
On the other hand, Sara Ali Khan had dated Veer Pahariya by her own admission on 'Koffee With Karan Season 7'.
'Sky Force' has been produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande and Amar Kaushik. The film has been directed by Sandeep Kelwani and Abhishek Kapur.
