New Delhi: Late Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor made a rocking debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Dhadak’ opposite Ishaan Khatter. The star kid will now be seen as India’s first female combat pilot, Gunjan Saxena in her next film. The 21-year-old actress, who has already impressed the fashion police with her style statement, recently appeared on the cover page of a popular fashion magazine.


Janhvi looked stunning in her new bob-cut hairdo for Cosmopolitan's January edition. The actress wore a silver strapless dress and paired it up with a multi-coloured sequence jacket.

The official account of the magazine shared the cover picture on Instagram. "We're set to start #2019 with a bang! Featuring a super-candid, and uber-cool #JanhviKapoor debuting her new hairdo on our January cover," the caption for the picture read.

In a video shared by Cosmopolitan, Janhvi revealed that she cut her hair especially for the photo-shoot and her dad Boney Kapoor is going to kill her for it.  Check out the video!


Janhvi Kapoor also has Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’ under her kitty and the details of her role in the much-awaited film are still under wraps. The film has a star-studded cast including Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar.
